My approach to wedding photography draws inspiration from art and high-end editorial photography. Wedding Photography FAQs

How far in advance should we book the date?

To ensure availability and give every wedding the attention it deserves, I take on a limited number of weddings each year. Ideally, you should book 6 to 12 months in advance, especially for weddings during peak season (May to October). If your wedding is sooner or a last-minute booking, feel free to contact me without obligation to check if your date is still available.

Do you travel to any part of Spain?

Absolutely! Although I am primarily based in Alicante and Madrid, I cover weddings throughout Spain and abroad. For travel outside these areas, I calculate transport and accommodation costs as precisely and transparently as possible—with no surprises or hidden fees in the final bill.

How is the reservation finalized, and what are the payment methods?

The process is very simple. Once we confirm availability and the chosen package, we sign a service agreement that protects both parties and formalize the booking with the signature and a 30% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid one month before the wedding.

We don’t know how to pose and we’re camera-shy—how will you guide us?

This is the most common question I get, and it’s my specialty. My approach is rooted in wedding photojournalism and documentary-style photography: I prefer to see you enjoying yourselves, chatting, and embracing naturally, rather than forcing stiff or artificial poses. I’ll offer gentle guidance throughout the day to help you feel at ease and completely forget there’s a camera in front of you.

Do you deliver the raw photos?

No. The RAW file is merely the raw material of my work. Selection, color processing, and reframing are half of my artistic signature and what gives visual cohesion to the memory of your wedding. I deliver only the final, perfectly edited photos in high-quality JPG format.

Is the wedding album included, or can we decide later?

You have complete freedom, depending on the plan you choose. You can order the printed album right from the start or decide to add it after viewing the digital photos. I work with professional labs that offer handcrafted binding and top-quality linen or leather finishes.

How many hours of coverage are recommended for the wedding?

The goal is to tell the complete story of your day. I typically accompany the couple from the preparations—including hair and makeup, getting dressed, and the moments leading up to the ceremony—until about an hour after the dancing and party begin, capturing the euphoria and the most fun moments of the celebration.

Do you work alone or bring a second photographer?

For intimate or medium-sized weddings (up to 100–120 guests), I typically work solo, using two camera bodies to ensure no detail is missed. For larger weddings, or when the couple is getting ready at separate locations at the same time, I recommend adding a second photographer from my team to guarantee 360° coverage.

Do you also take group photos with family and friends?

Absolutely! Although my primary style is spontaneous and narrative, I recognize the emotional value of family photos. We set aside a relaxed block of time during the cocktail hour to take group photos in an organized, efficient way—without taking time away from you enjoying the moment with your guests.

How many photographs do you deliver, and in what format?

For a full wedding, I deliver a minimum of 500 to 800 photographs—all carefully selected, individually retouched, and provided in high resolution without watermarks. I deliver them via a private online gallery that you can easily share with family and friends, allowing them to download the images in high quality.

How long does it take you to deliver the complete report?

I know how exciting it is to relive the day. Within the first 3 to 5 days after the wedding, I’ll send you a small preview with a selection of images to tide you over. The full, edited gallery is typically delivered within 4 to 8 weeks (depending on the time of year).

How do we manage our time throughout the day so that everything flows without rushing?

We work hand-in-hand with your wedding planner to ensure the minute-by-minute schedule unfolds exactly as planned. We share a list of priority moments based on our experience—such as the couple’s portrait session following the ceremony—because, above all, we are a team: you and all the vendors working on your wedding.
